The petitioner is accused in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 569/2016, corresponding to S.Tr. No. 92/2017, registered under Sections 364, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, but later on, the informant of the present case disclosed the name of the petitioner in his statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. saying that earlier he had given money to the petitioner for purchasing two kathas land from him, but the petitioner refused to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17634 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 execute the sale deed. Except the suspicion, nothing has been collected by the I.O. during investigation to show the involvement of the petitioner in the present case and he is in custody since 07.09.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner Rajendra Prasad Singh @ Rajendra Singh, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 569/2016.
