The petitioner is accused in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 61 of 1997 registered under Sections 25(1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. In fact this is the case of misuse of bail earlier granted to the petitioner. Charge has been framed. The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12407 of 2017 (5) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 61 of 1997.
