Mr. Rajesh Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the application of petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, namely, Dinesh Singh and Savita Devi respectively.
Permission is granted.
The application with respect to petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22109 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/3 Raushan Kumar seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 188 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, 509, 307, 385, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation in the F.I.R. is of scuffling with the informant and other members of the prosecution party. This was in retaliation to the police having been called because of an earlier occurrence.
Nobody has suffered any injury and most of the accused persons of this case have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court.
Regard being had to the nature of accusation against petitioner No. 3, namely, Rosi Singh @ Raushan Kumar, he, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 188 of 2020, subject to the conditions
