This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 30 and 37(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2016 for allegation that the petitioner was driving the same vehicle on which liquor was being carried.

Submission of the petitioner is that co-accused, Sadan Kumar, has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14104 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18403 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sanhola P.S. Case No. 148 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, IV, Bhagalpur, or successor Court.
