This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

A country made loaded pistol and a suspected stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. the petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2016 and submits that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the allegation against the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on completion of nine months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8568 of 2017 (4) dt.15-05-2017 Bochahan P.S. Case No. 163 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub Judge, XI, Muzaffarpur, or successor Court.
