This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 168 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail and there is no direct evidence against the petitioner.

Considering the above submission and the fact that petitioner has clean antecedent, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
