The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Rahui (Wena) P.S. Case No. 432 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 354, 307, 380 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Looking into the nature of injuries and allegations while specific allegations are against the petitioners, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail. This application is dismissed.
