2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 20(b) (ii) (b), 23(b) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, two kg. of ganja has been recovered from a motorcycle in which the petitioner was riding.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner has six criminal antecedents. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and also huge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11498 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 quantity of recovery of ganja, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, this application is dismissed.

7. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial is delayed.
