The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore Civil Review No.302 of 2013, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 23.07.2014. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let Civil Review No.302 of 2013 be restored to its original file.
