2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 103 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., registered in connection with Chautarwa P.S.Case No. 09 of 2025.
3. As per allegation, the informant was pressurized so much so by the school Management to admit his son in hostel. Accordingly, the informant sent his son to the hostel. Subsequently, on 09.01.2025, the informant's wife received a call that their son sustained injury, while he was playing football. Thereafter the informant's son was taken to SubDivisional Hospital, Bagaha where the doctor declared him dead.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire allegation is false and fabricated. The boy fainted and succumbed to his injuries while playing football in the school's playground. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not associated with the school in any way. The petitioner is cooling his heels in prison since 10.01.2025.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Chautarwa P.S.Case No. 09 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
