JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present contempt petition be disposed of in light of paragraphs no. 5 and 6 of the supplementary show cause filed by the contemnors to the effect that a sum of Rs. 4,89,977/- has already been paid to the petitioner, as far as the benefits of A.C.P./ M.A.C.P. are concerned and further, the earned leave amount, on account of revised pay scale, has also been sanctioned for payment. It is submitted that the payment which has not actually been made to the petitioner herein be directed to be paid within a period of four weeks from today.

Patna High Court MJC No.4530 of 2018(4) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid submissions made in the supplementary show cause filed by the contemnors, however with a direction to the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Madhubani to pay the balance amount within a period of six weeks from today, failing which he shall not draw his salary.
