2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Session Trial No. 339 of 2019 arising out of Gogari P.S. Case No. 216 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This is a case of misuse of bail. The petitioner is in jail since 14.09.2023.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
