Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 149, 323, 324, 354, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that 7-8 First Information Report named accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the sister-in-law (bhabhi) of the informant, when the informant made protest these two petitioners assaulted the informant on his head.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that considering the simple nature of injury of the sister-in-law of the informant, the co-accused have been enlarged on bail.

Considering the specific accusation of assaulting

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8716 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 the informant is against these two petitioners and the injury has been found to be grievous in nature, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 246 of 2013, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur. With this observation this application is disposed of.
