The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 494, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant Kiran Kumari and the petitioner had solemnized marriage at Sun Temple, Kinjar. After some time, some differences were arisen between them for which she lodged a case against him. It is further alleged that her husband performed second marriage with one Reeta Kumari. Thereafter, when the informant went to her matrimonial house, the petitioner along with other accused persons abused and assaulted her. Co-

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. No such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case with a view to harass and demoralize the petitioner. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that the informant is legally wedded wife of one Mantu Yadav, which is also evident from her voter list. Petitioner has no concern with the informant. He further submits that the informant has also filed a case Arwal Mahila P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018 against the petitioner but the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 55690 of 2018 dated 20.09.2018. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, as there is no specific overt act against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of
