Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Dawath P.S.Case No. 103 of 2020. As per allegation, when the informant was coming from Asonsol to Dumraon by his four-wheeler and reached near Sone Hotel, he stopped his vehicle for easing himself. Meanwhile, a Swift Dzire came there and a person of white complexion alighted from that vehicle. Three persons also

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the name of the petitioner has figured in the confessional statement of co-accused. Except that, there is no evidence against the petitioner.

The petitioner is a person of criminal antecedent and there are cases of similar nature against him, as disclosed in paragraph no.3 of the anticipatory bail petition. In my view, the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail. His prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
