Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bypass P.S.Case No. 09 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under sections 419, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the instant application is disposed of as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioners surrender before the
