JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.
The dacoity was committed in the house of the informant when several family members of the informant were assaulted leading to registration of the F.I.R against unknown. The name of the petitioner subsequently sprang up during investigation on the confession of the co-accused Md. Jubair.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except confession of the co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner and there is no recovery from the petitioner.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.6953 of 2016 (2) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bisfi(Aunsi) P.S. Case No. 287 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
