Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 Matter has been mentioned orally for urgent hearing. In course of argument, this court has been informed that the petitioner has filed this writ application seeking a direction to the official respondents to arrest the private respondent in connection with Kazimohammedpur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2021 dated 02.07.2021 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 468, 467, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Mani Bhushan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner however submits that at this stage the investigation is complete and final form has already been submitted. He further submitted that the petitioner is aggrieved by the said final form.

WJC No.262 of 2022(2) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 Be that as it may, this Court is of the considered opinion that once a final form has been submitted, no direction for arrest of the accused may be issued by this Court. The remedy of the petitioner lies before the competent court where the final form has been submitted.

With this liberty to the petitioner to apply for appropriate remedy in the learned court below, this Writ Application is disposed of.
