Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) and 47 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
The petitioner was employee of the co-accused in whose godown huge quantity of liquor was being unloaded. Petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City/successor Court
