This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.09.2019 passed in Criminal Revision No. 204/2016 by the learned 3rd Additional Session Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram whereby the learned Judge has been pleased to dismiss the Revision application filed against the Discharge order dated 24.05,2016 passed by Additional Judicial Magistrate, Bihariganj (Rohtas) whereunder cognizance has been taken under Section 406, 409, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . Considering the fact that this is second revision application, which has been filed in the garb of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21682 of 2021(2) dt.15-03-2024 2/2 application filed under Section 482 of the Code of criminal Procedure, and there is no apparent illegality or irregularity in either of the aforesaid two orders warranting any interference by this Court.

3 . This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points which have been raised in the present application, before the learned court below, at the appropriate stage.
