ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 28-11-2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authorities concerned for disposing of his representation dated 10.12.2022 whereby the petitioner has sought change of project from Dal Mill to manufacturing of paper, plates and plastic glass etc. Learned counsel has stated that even though the petitioner has filed a representation dated 08.12.2022 which was received by the authorities on 10.12.2022 but no orders have been passed till that day.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the authorities concerned may be directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.3968 of 2023(8) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 strictly in accordance with law on its own merits.

Having regard to the above made submission without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities concerned authorities to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the authorities concerned shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
