The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018 registered under Sections 353, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 15575 of 2019 on 21.05.2019 on merit. Further submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is fresh ground in the present case. Both the parties have compromised the case and to that effect filed a compromise petition in the Court below, as contained in Annexure-4 to the bail application.
