The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail, which was earlier twice rejected vide order dated 02.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48174 of 2015 and vide order dated 13.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16395 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 07.11.2014 and trial has not been concluded and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.

The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioner is the assailant. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected.
