2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 324, 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ara Mufassil P.S. Case No. 397 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the injury report discloses the nature of injury to be simple by fire arms.

4. Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner having fired upon the informant with 'Katta' which finds corroboration from the injury report, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the
