Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.3.2016 in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the IPC and section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 22.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no.33889/2016 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if his trial is not concluded within four months.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that trial of the petitioner is still pending.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two
