JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent State to pay the minimum compensation amount of Rs. 3 lakhs to the acid attack survivor i.e. the petitioner herein, however, the learned counsel appearing for the State Legal Services Authority, submits that a sum of Rs. 3 lakhs has already been paid to the petitioner which is also supported by the respondent State inasmuch as the said fact finds place in the counter affidavit filed by the Respondent State.

On the last occasion, there was no representation on the part of the petitioner and similar is the position today.
