Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406/420/467,468 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioner with the help of Circle Officer and Block Officer got registered a forged deed and mutated the land in their names. It is further alleged that grandmother of informant never received any notice regarding transfer of land. Consideration money is also not disclosed in the sale deed.

It is submitted that petitioner is simple deed writer and prepares deed of any property since last 21 years at

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15515 of 2023(3) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 Phulwari registry office, Patna. He further submits that as a matter of facts, that the petitioner only used to receive remuneration by the parties for preparing the deed, he has played no role in this forged deed rather registry office is solely responsible for any forged deed. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M-XIV, Patna in connection with Phulwari P.S. case no 1426 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
