The Petitioner seeks bail in Kharagpur (Shampur) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1AA), 26(1), 35 of the Arms Act and Section 23 of the U.A.P. Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is no recovery of any fire arm from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is brother-in-law of Pankaj Mandal from whose possession huge quantity of fire arm has been recovered. The name of this petitioner has been disclosed by Leela Devi who is mother of Pankaj Mandal.

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IVth, Munger in connection with Kharagpur(Shampur) P.S.
