2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) to direct the respondents not to disturb the century old peaceful possession of the petitioners over land in question.

(ii) To quash the notice dated 13.10.2018

Patna High Court CWJC No.22971 of 2018(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 and 27.10.2018 issued by respondent n. 5 in Mutation Cancellation Case No. 01/18-19 and 03/18-19 and 04/18-19 respectively.

(iii) To allow any other relief/reliefs to the petitioners who found entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have challenged the notice. The further submission is that the Circle Office, Pipra, Supaul has filed an affidavit and as per the paragraph nos. 5 to 9, it is a Gairmazarua Aam land.

4. A copy of the counter affidavit was served upon the petitioners on 28.06.2019 and there is no rebuttal to it.

5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they be granted liberty to approach appropriate authority in the matter.

6. Granting said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
