The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 199 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the submissions that both the parties have entered into a compromise, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
