The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amhra (Lakhisarai) P.S. Case No.646 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the assailant of the victim and the injury caused to the victim is grievous in nature.

In the circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
