JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The specific accusation of making assault is against Subhas Yadav to Rajendra Lal and Madan Yadav to Nagendra Lal when the accused persons snatched gold chain of Ranju Devi. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that injuries of Rajendra Lal and Nagendra Lal have been found to be simple though opinion with regard to one injury to each of the injured has been kept reserved. The petitioners' side also received injury. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Phesar P.S. Case No. 66 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
