The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault upon the brother of the informant, namely, Shambhu Sharan Manjhi, due to which, he sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from perusal of the final injury report, the injury is found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender
