2. The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent in Mutation Case no.4961/R-27 in 2019-20.

3. Counsel for the State submits that primary objection is that under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 (Act 23 of 2011), the order passed by the Circle Officer, Rafiganj, Aurangabad in Mutation Case is applicable in Mutation before the Deputy Collector Land Reform, under Section 7 of the said act.

4. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.3367 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 hereby dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner that he shall raise his grievances, if any, before the Statutory Appellate Authority under law.

5. Delay, if any, during pendency of the writ petition is hereby directed to condoned.
