Public Prosecutor, on instruction, submits that though the order of cognizance was passed in the year 2012, till date charge has not been framed.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may take all the points, which have been taken in the present petition, before the court below at the stage of charge.

The prayer is allowed.
