The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.650 of 2015 registered under Sections 406, 420, 452, 323, 341, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have taken Rs.1,50,000/- from the complainant for the marriage of sister of his nephew. Later on petitioner also borrowed Rs.2,20,000/- from the complainant but the petitioner did not return the money. On the face of the complaint petition, it appears that dispute arose in course of lending and borrowing the money and for nonpayment of the same, the dispute appears to be of civil nature. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
