The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 20.06.2018.

The current report about the stage of the case indicates that out of 11 P.Ws., 4 have been examined including the informant.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial positively within a period of six months, failing which it would be open for the petitioner to approach the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21749 of 2021(3) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 court below and seek bail. In that event, the court below shall be required to indicate the reason for the tardy progress of the trial.
