The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 354, 379, 380 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The accusations are of assaulting the informant and his wife, abusing by calling caste name and snatching cash of Rs. 6,000/- in the background of dispute for vacating the land.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

No.7226 of 2015 (3) dt.10-03-2015 2 / 2 petitioners that the petitioners are bonafide purchasers of land in question and for occurrence of 29.07.2012, complaint was filed on 31.07.2012. Considering the nature of accusation in the background of land dispute, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 3195 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Purnea, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
