Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of State, H.P.C.L and Respondent No. 10.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute in the instant writ application relates with the Respondent No. 10. It is next submitted that Respondent No. 10 has filed a counter-affidavit and the lis in between the petitioner and the Respondent No. 10 has been resolved, as such the petitioner does not intend to pursue with the writ application hence seeks permission to withdraw the writ application in view of the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No. 10. 3.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the instant writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
