JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-11-2025 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. bearing Sadar P.S. Case No. 566 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act against the petitioner and other co-accused persons.

However, it is informed from Bar that not only charge-sheet has been submitted in this case but even cognizance order has been passed against the petitioner and other co-accused persons and hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the cognizance order passed against the
