The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No 341 of 2019 Registered for the offence under section 380, 384, 386, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that this petitioner along with the wife of the informant committed theft of house hold articles, passbook, ATM and gold from the house of the iformant.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is driver of the informant. It is further submitted that earlier co-accused Neha Devi, wife of the informant filed a case against the informant. As a result of which, petitioner has falsely

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 341 of 2019 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
