2. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 has already been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 18.03.2025.

3. Petitioner Nos. 1 and 4 apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. At the outset, learned APP for the State submitted that from perusal of the case diary it appears that proceeding under Sections 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C. has already been initiated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11060 of 2025(3) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 against Petitioner Nos. 1 and 4 and as such, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail application on behalf of Petitioner Nos. 1 and 4 stands dismissed.
