Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the satisfaction portion at page 2 of the order, „Naubatpur P.S.Case No.587 of 2016‟ has been wrongly mentioned due to typographical error in place of "Naubatpur P.S.Case No.587 of 2015".

As such, let "Naubatpur P.S.Case No.587 of 2015" be read in place of „Naubatpur P.S.Case No.587 of 2016‟ . The order dated 18.07.2017 is modified to the extent as aforesaid.
