Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kotwali (Basudeopur) P.S. Case No. 304 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners, who are mother-in-law, father-inlaw and brother-in-law of the informant, have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. There is

No.15180 of 2019(3) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 general and omnibus allegation of demand of rupees fifty thousand without there being anything specific alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners have been made accused merely because they are relatives of the husband of the informant.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali (Basudeopur) P.S. Case No. 304 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
