Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2020.

Considering the fact that this is the first offence alleged against the petitioner under the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
