2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 08/2025 arising out of Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P. S. Case No. 482/2022 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 20/22 of the of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 3.6 kg Ganja was recovered from the bag kept on motorcycle of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery and he has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15167 of 2025(2) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 bail application.

6. Considering the quantity, clean antecedent and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P. S. Case No. 482/2022.
