Patna High Court MJC No.4573 of 2018(5) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 of the decision of the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation purportedly in compliance of this Court's order dated 07.05.2018 passed in CWJC No. 4097 of 2018. After having perused the said order of this Court dated 07.05.2018 and the show-cause reply filed on behalf of the opposite parties, I am of the view that no case is made out of deliberate disobedience of this Court's order. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall have liberty to question the legality of the decision taken by the Corporation in an appropriate proceeding in accordance with the law. This application is dismissed as withdrawn.
