In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 9 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that in the name of getting admission of the son of opposite party no. 2, he had taken Rs. 3,50,000/-from the victim in two modes i.e. Rs.1,50,000/- in cash and Rs. 2,00,000/- has been transferred from one account to another account through ICICI Bank.

This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. Mahesh/- (Shivaji Pandey, J) U T
