Petitioner is accused in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 50 of 2012 registered under Sections 399 and 420 of the I.P.C., read with Section 25(1-B)A, 26,35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come on confessional statement of a co-accused and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 16252 of 2013 vide order dated 15.04.2013. Also he is in custody since 24.08.2016.
