The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 337, 338, 323, 324, 307, 353, 427, 436 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the mob put the Government vehicle and two bus in fire due to cause of death of a school going boy in a road accident.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10919 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dehri (Dalmianagar) P.S. Case No. 476 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
